Detained for driving without a license MMA fighter Chorshanbiev faces deportation from Russia

“In relation to Chorshanbiev, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules for entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation,” the agency’s interlocutor said. “The decision will be made by the court of Moscow.”

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia stated that The material was sent to the court for consideration.

“The fighter faces an administrative fine of up to 7,000 rubles with administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation,” the press service said.

December 3 26-year-old Chorshanbiev was stopped traffic police officers after racing through the Lefortovsky tunnel in Moscow and taken to the police department. The fighter was attracted for the lack of an OSAGO policy, as well as for the lack of a driver’s license.
