Chi Health Center, Omaha, USA. In the main event of the show, local WBO superstar welterweight champion (up to 66.7 kg) Terence Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs) knocked out Russian challenger David Avanesyan (29-4-1, 17 KOs).
Underdog started the fight great, and Crawford was passive. The Russian delivered a right hook to the target in the first round, and in the second – a left side hook from a left-handed stance.
Around the 4th round, the favorite woke up. He worried Avanesyan with uppercuts and body shots. Fighters increasingly fought in infighting. In the 5th round, I had to take a break – Terence had problems with gloves.
