Conor McGregor predicts fight with Michael Chandler

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has shared his thoughts on a fight against Michael Chandler after they both wrap up filming for the next season of The Ultimate Fighter.

“I like Michael,” the Irishman told The Mac Life. “I don’t have any problems with him at all. I think he’s a good fighter and it was interesting to get to know his coaching style. He looks more like an athlete than a martial artist.”

“I know he has wrestling skills and he can do something in general, but I was interested in seeing the details so I agreed to compete in TUF before going against him in the octagon.”

“I think I’ll just rip it apart. I’m too agile, sharp and fast. He has never had such rivals, and I think I will just tear him up.

Earlier, Michael Chandler said that he plans to knock out Conor McGregor no later than the second round.

The fight between McGregor and Chandler, which will take place in the lightweight category, has not yet been officially announced, but according to rumors, he will head the numbered UFC event in September of this year.
