Conor McGregor agrees to rematch with Max Holloway

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has promised a rematch against former UFC Featherweight title holder Max Holloway, who has expressed a desire to fight him.

“I would like to fight Conor, because I was the only guy who lost a decision to him in featherweight,” the American said in the next edition of the MMA Hour program. “I know he wants to come back, but our fight with him would be super interesting. He would answer many questions.”

“I’m never retiring so we’ll definitely meet mate,” the Irishman replied on the social media.

In August 2013, Conor McGregor entered his second fight under the UFC banner, defeating Max Holloway by unanimous decision after three rounds.

At the moment, Conor McGregor, along with Michael Chandler, is filming in the next season of The Ultimate Fighter, and plans to go against the American in a traditional coaching fight by the end of the year, and Max Holloway returned his career to a successful track two weeks ago after another unsuccessful attempt to take the title from Alex Volkanovski , defeating Arnold Allen by unanimous decision.
