Swedish UFC fighter of Chechen origin Khamzat Chimaev defeated Norwegian-Swedish UFC fighter Jack Hermansson in a freestyle wrestling match with a score of 8:0. All points Chimaev earned in the first round.
The fight took place at the Bulldog Fight Night MMA tournament in Gothenburg (Sweden). Chimaev and Hermansson fought in an MMA cage, and not in tights, but in shorts.
On account of the 27-year-old Chimaev 10 victories in 10 MMA fights. Before switching to mixed martial arts, he was engaged in freestyle wrestling. In the UFC, Chimaev competes in the welterweight and middleweight divisions. 33-year-old Hermansson (22-6 in MMA) is a middleweight.
