Michael Chandler’s patience with idle waiting for a fight with Conor McGregor appears to be coming to an end.
“I understand the guy is coming back from injury, but now Conor is healthy and the question is why not do it at UFC 300? It’s been two and a half years. Get off the boat kid!” the American fighter wrote on social media.
The former UFC double champion did not ignore the appeal of a potential opponent.
“There’s a gym on the yacht,” the Irishman replied.
A few days earlier Conor McGregor said that the question of his participation in the anniversary event was finally resolved, however, representatives of the strongest league in the world have not yet commented on this information.
Discussing in a recent interview the return of the Irishman, the head of the UFC, Dana White, confirmed that McGregor will fight this year, but made it clear, the question of the date and opponent is still open.
Recall that the UFC 300 tournament will take place on April 13 in Las Vegas, and so far remains without a main event.
