Bo Nikal needs a new opponent for UFC 290

Undefeated American middleweight Bo Nickal is at risk of not entering the octagon this weekend as his opponent Treshin Gore suffered a wrist injury and is out of UFC 290.

At the moment, the matchmakers of the organization are trying to leave Nikal on the card of the numbered event and find him a new opponent who will accept the fight on a short notice.

Last September, 27-year-old Bo Nickal won a contract with the UFC by winning an early victory in the Dana White’s Contender Series, and in March of this year, the American successfully made his debut in the strongest league in the world, finishing in the first round with a choke with a hand triangle of his compatriot Jamie Pickett .

In total, Bo Nikal had four professional fights, winning early victories in all of them.

Recall that the UFC 290 tournament will take place on July 8 in Las Vegas, and its main event will be a featherweight unification fight between Alexander Volkanovski and Yair Rodriguez.
