Curtis Blaydes tests positive for COVID-19 ahead of UFC on ESPN 18
UFC fighter Curtis Blades passed a positive test for COVID-19 and will not be able to fight against Derrick Lewis at UFC on ESPN 18.
This became known just a few minutes before the start of the official weigh-in.
The decision has been made to cancel the UFC on ESPN 18 main event between Blades and Lewis. Now the main event of the show will be a meeting of light heavyweights Anthony Smith and Devin Clark.
