The promoter of the British light heavyweight (up to 79.4 kg) Anthony Yarde (22-2, 21 KOs) Frank Warren claims that he has already agreed with his American colleague Bob Arum on the fight of the ward against the unified WBC / IBF / WBO world champion from Canada Arthur Beterbiev (18-0, 18 KOs).

Recall that a few hours ago in New York (USA) Beterbiev won a unification fight against American Joe Smith Jr. (28-4, 22 KOs), stopping him in the 2nd round. As per order — report from WMMAA.

According to the promoter, a meeting between Beterbiev and WBO mandatory challenger Yard is planned for October and will be held at Anthony’s premises.

“Everything is already more or less agreed, we expect to fight Beterbiev in October in London,” Warren said in an interview.
BBC Sport. – Bob (Arum) and I agreed on everything, but they (WBO) will appoint a fight (Beterbiev Yard) one way or another. And it will be a great fight.”

Meanwhile, Yard threatens to do to Beterbiev the same thing he did to Smith.
