Former rival of Yaroslav Amosov suffered the fourth fiasco in a row
The Bellator 283 tournament was held at the Emerald Queen Casino in Washington (USA).
In the main fight of the evening, representatives of the welterweight category met – 34-year-old Brazilian Douglas Lima and 32-year-old Jamaican Jason Jackson.
The fight lasted all five rounds. Jason Jackson won by unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45).
The Jamaican fighter extended his Bellator winning streak to six fights. In total, he now has eight fights, seven victories and one defeat.
Douglas Lima, in turn, suffered a fourth defeat in a row. In June 2021, he lost to Ukrainian Yaroslav Amosov for the Bellator welterweight title.
