Badr Hari lost early to Estonian Uku Jurjendal, having been knocked down three times

World kickboxing legend, Badr Hari, suffered an early defeat to Estonia’s Uku Jurjendal in a grand prix qualifying match at GLORY 89 held in Bulgaria.

Before losing by TKO in the third round, the Moroccan kickboxer got up three times after knockdowns, but eventually suffered a shin injury, forcing the referee to stop the fight.

Badr Hari, 38, returned to the ring exactly one year after losing by unanimous decision to Alistair Overeem in the final match of the principled trilogy. The fight was later ruled a no contest as the Dutch heavyweight failed a doping test.
