Reigning UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling knows what tactics Marlon Vera must use to defeat Henry Cejudo on August 19 at UFC 292 in Boston.
“I hope Chito hears this, because now I will give him good advice,” Sterling said in another video posted on his YouTube channel. “I say this as an analyst. If I were Cheeto’s coach, I would look at it like this: ‘We have to keep Henry at a distance, and make him pay every time he tries to cut it, meeting him hard with elbows and knees.'”
“Henry won’t be able to use wide hooks because of his short crocodile arms he will have to get very close. On paper, Henry is the perfect fighter in terms of skill, but it’s obvious at flyweight and we’re talking bantamweight.”
The main event of UFC 292 will be a bantamweight title fight between Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley. In May of this year, Sterling successfully defended his championship belt, defeating Cejudo by unanimous decision after five rounds, who resumed his career after a three-year break.
