Francis Ngannou has left a cautionary tale for Anthony Joshua

Former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, has left a threatening message for former world boxing champion Anthony Joshua, with whom he is set to share the ring in a month’s time.

“Never say never – nothing is impossible,” “The Predator” told GB News. “We don’t know how strong Anthony Joshua is. Although I don’t believe he can beat me, in a month we’ll find out. In a month’s time we’ll find out and I’ll be the one to take his soul.”

The bout between the Cameroonian and the Briton will be the main event of an evening of boxing on March 8 in the Saudi capital Riyadh.

The winner of this match will be the main candidate to fight the absolute world heavyweight boxing champion, which will be determined on May 18 in a fight between Tyson Fury and Alexander Usik.

Francis Ngannou made his professional boxing debut last October, losing a ten round split decision to Tyson Fury, knocking out the reigning WBC world champion in the third round.
