Popular Russian fighter Sharabutdin Magomedov did not ignore the statements of former UFC middleweight title challenger Marvin Vettori, who announced his desire to share the octagon with him.
“Marvin Vettori, I can’t wait to share the cage with you,” “Shara Bullet” wrote on social media, addressing the Italian. “We can gather stadiums and give people bread and show. I don’t doubt your skills and fighting spirit, but I didn’t come out of music school either. I ask the UFC to give me the opportunity to get out there and show what I can do.”
The undefeated Sharabutdin Magomedov, 29, made a successful UFC debut last October, defeating former M-1 champion Bruno Silva by unanimous decision.
Marvin Vettori, 30, ranked fifth in the UFC middleweight rankings, last fought in June of this year, where he lost a five-round unanimous decision to Jared Cannonier.
