UFC Hall of Fame member: “Aspinall will beat Pavlovic easily”

Hall of Fame member and former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping believes his compatriot Tom Aspinall will not only beat Sergey Pavlovic this weekend, but will do so with apparent ease.

“I do believe Tom Aspinall will beat Sergey Pavlovic, and will do it with relative ease,” the Brit told TNT Sports. “This is not a consequence of disrespect for Sergey, but an objective assessment of Tom’s abilities – he has all the skills necessary to prevail in this confrontation”

“I think he’ll beat him, then beat Jon Jones if he comes back, and dominate the division until he retires as the greatest champion in UFC heavyweight history”

“After Tom’s fight with Marcin Tybura, I said Jon Jones wouldn’t be able to do anything against Tom, and the fans literally attacked me – ‘How come!? That’s Jon Jones!?!?’. Maybe I’m a little biased, but you think about it – has anyone ever given Tom any trouble?”

As a reminder, the fight between Sergey Pavlovich and Tom Aspinall, which will determine the interim UFC heavyweight champion, will take place on Nov. 11 at UFC 295 in New York City.
