Russian UFC welterweight Rinat Fakhretdinov will have his next fight on Nov. 4 at a tournament in Sao Paulo, and the Gladiator’s opponent will be Brazilian Eliseu Zaleski dos Santos.
Informed sources close to the situation have reported on the organization of the fight.
Rinat Fakhretdinov, 31, has won three straight victories in the World’s Strongest League, winning decisions over Andreas Michailidis and Brian Battle, as well as finishing Kevin Lee with a guillotine choke.
Eliseu Zaleski dos Santos, 36, who has been competing in the UFC since 2015, is riding a two-fight win streak, having won by unanimous decision over Benoit Saint-Denis, and by split decision over Abubakar Nurmagomedov.
As a reminder, the main event of the organization’s next Brazilian event will be a heavyweight bout between Curtis Blades and Jailton Almeida.
