Benil Dariush agrees to fight with Arman Tsarukyan

The fourth number in the UFC lightweight division, Benil Dariush, whose fight with Charles Oliveira was postponed due to an injury to the Brazilian, agreed to fight Arman Tsarukyan, but the management of the organization chose to postpone the Candidates bout.

“Respect to Benil Dariush for agreeing to fight me on May 6th. Too bad the UFC didn’t want that. I hope we will meet in the future!” Tsarukyan wrote on the social network.

The American confirmed the statement of the Russian fighter.

“I am sure we will meet in the near future. All the best!” Dariush replied.

Recall that Arman Tsarukyan lost his fight with Renato Moicano, who was supposed to head the UFC Fight Night 223 tournament in Las Vegas on April 29, and the fight between Charles Oliveira and Benil Dariush, according to rumors, will take place on June 10 at UFC 289 in Vancouver.
