The popular Russian heavyweight Vyacheslav Datsik, who lost in a boxing match to the American Kevin Johnson, summed up the results of the fight, which went through all three rounds and ended with the defeat of “Red Tarzan” by a majority of the judges’ votes.
“Yesterday I fought against Kevin Johnson on REN TV,” Datsik wrote on the social network. “I want to say that it was a good experience for me. Never before have I had to fight with professionals of this level. I hope that if he lives in Moscow, we will spar with him again. And how do you fight, friends? Reminds me of my old self! I tried to take his fists to the galangal. Did not work out”
Recall that the 43-year-old American, who at one time met with such eminent boxers as Vitali Klitschko, Tyson Fury, Derek Chisora, Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz, after defeating the Russian, publicly appealed to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with a request to provide him with Russian citizenship. Russian promoter Vladimir Khryunov, who organized the show, promised to assist Johnson in obtaining a passport.
