Former long-running WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (42-2-1, 41 KOs) appears to be well-prepared physically for his October 15 comeback fight in Brooklyn, USA against Finn Robert Helenius (31-3, 20 KOs).

In the hall and at press events, the American puncher looks superbly lean and still biting with punches. In a couple of weeks, by the way, Wilder will be in his 38th year.

According to his coach Malik Scott, he is strong in the camp (as far as it is possible with old dog) worked with Deontay on defense.

Earlier, the ex-champion told with what weight he would fight with Helenius. Wilder claims that he does not look behind anyone’s back, but he has already planned out when he will end his career and what he will do after that.

Coach Wilder: “I believe that only Deontay can beat Usyk”
