World heavyweight champion Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) has already made it clear that he will not enter the ring again this year. He wants to heal injuries, relax and be with his family after a long training and a rematch with Anthony Joshua.

Does Oleksandr have any plans for this time to bungle together with another well-known entertainer, an old friend and partner in the Ukrainian national team, lightweight Denis Berinchyk, something like a stand-up performance? – asked him during yesterday’s
press conferences in Kyiv.

Usyk replied that his duet with Berinchyk had long been known in certain circles, and also told how Denis “tested him for strength.”

“Why do you think that we (with Berinchyk) don’t have stand-ups? Well, Denis and I perform in “kvartirniks”. We have been cooperating with him in this direction for many years. Yes, he is naughty somewhere, fighting with me. Do you know that Denis Berinchik beat me? By the face. Fist. “This is boxing!” – He speaks. No, we didn’t box with him. He just stood there and looked at me. And somehow shied away. I ask: “Why are you doing this?” And he says: “And you are strong!” Alexander recalled with a laugh.
