On the night of August 27-28, a Top Rank boxing evening took place in Tulsa (USA), the main event of which was a 10-round fight in super lightweight (up to 63.5 kg) between former world champions Puerto Rican Jose Pedraza (29-4-1, 14 KOs) and Richard Commey (30-4-1, 27 KOs) from Ghana.
The result of a spectacular confrontation, in which the boxers inflicted more than 1100 punches together, was a draw by a separate decision of the judges: 97-93 Pedraza, 96-94 Commey and 95-95.
