British legend Karl Froch once again criticized compatriot heavyweight Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) on the eve of a rematch with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) – the fight will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia, titles by versions are at stake WBA Super, IBF, WBO.

Froch is unhappy with the decision of the ex-champion to attribute the failure in the first fight to coach Rob McCracken – Joshua first said goodbye to the mentor, whom he had worked with since his amateur days, and then turned to American specialist Robert Garcia.
“I don’t think that he should have left McCracken, but I don’t exclude that the changes will still benefit him,”
says Froch. “Maybe it will help bring back something that was lost?” And suddenly it will help to return the former aggression? After all, so much has already been said about the fact that he is bigger, more powerful, stronger. And if he manages to throw everything superfluous out of his head and uses his physical attributes, then he may well win the rematch. A prerequisite is to first throw all the rubbish out of your head and believe in yourself again.
The other day, Roy Jones argued with Malignaggi over P4P, Lomachenko and Usyk. And the American-Mexican Andy Ruiz called the victory factor in the Usyk-Joshua rematch, he wants a fight with the Ukrainian. Interestingly, fellow countryman Joshua knows how to defeat Usyk. It will look ugly.
