The official contender for the WBO light middleweight title (up to 69.9 kg) Australian Tim Tszyu (21-0, 15 KOs) is sure that his style is just what you need to defeat the current undisputed champion from the United States Jermell Charlo (35-1-1, 19 KOs).

Earlier it became known that the sides of the boxers sort of agreed on the terms of the fight, although nothing is known about the details yet.

“I have to be very, very smart in a duel with him,” said Tim in
conversation with PBC. “I can see that Charlo has power. He has this one punch that can change everything. Therefore, you must act wisely and give him a fight in which he has never been before. Give him hell. I think I have the right style for that.”

According to Tszyu, he is eager to fight Charlo not because of the American’s offensive remarks addressed to him, but only because Jermell now owns all the prestigious titles:

“I’m only concerned about the fights for the belts, and since they all belong to Charlo now, I’m only interested in him.”

It is noteworthy that Tszyu is already talking about the opening defense and even named the opponent’s name.
