UFC President Dana White sees no point in holding a re-fight between Max Holloway and Conor McGregor.
“I don’t know what’s in store for Max, but his rematch with Alex Volkanovski makes sense,” White said after Holloway’s victory over Yair Rodriguez. “Conor isn’t even there yet… Conor is still hurt. It’s stupid to talk about this idea.”
On the night of November 14, in the main event of UFC Fight Night 197 in Las Vegas, Holloway defeated Yair Rodriguez by unanimous decision. He has 23 wins and 6 losses.
