A fan knocked points off UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira as he left the gym after a fight with Dustin Poirier. The moment was caught on video.
At a press conference, Oliveira clarified what happened in that episode.
– It seemed to me that when you left the cage, one fan stole your glasses. So it was? the journalist asked Oliveira.
– Yes (laughs). He stole them. But UFC security tracked him down and gave me my glasses back.
Oliveira defeated Poirier via submission in the third round. The fight took place at the UFC 269 show in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA). The 32-year-old Brazilian has 32 wins and 8 losses in MMA.
