RCC Boxing Academy, Yekaterinburg, Russia. In the main fight of the evening, unbeaten middleweights (up to 72.6 kg) met: Russian Vadim Tukov (7-0, 2 KOs) defeated Nikolai Veselov (12-1-2, 5 KOs) from Belarus.

Tukov took over the center of the ring, forced his opponent to work as number two. Veselov tried to turn the tide of the battle and he almost succeeded. But the Russian managed to spend the second half of the fight even more actively, to which the Belarusian had no answers – he switched to survival mode, moved a lot, counterattacked not as often as he would have liked.

As part of the show in the second featherweight limit (up to 59 kg), Elnur Samedov (13-1, 4 KOs) from Russia defeated Stanislav Kalitsky (11-4, 4 KOs) from Kazakhstan.

Samedov occupied the center of the ring, worked in series, put pressure on his opponent. Kalitsky tried to counter, but even in exchanges he looked worse than his opponent. In the 5th round, a boxer from Kazakhstan asked to stop the fight – he injured his hand and could not continue the fight.

Heavyweight prospect (over 90.7 kg) Russian
Georgy Yunovidov (5-0, 3 KOs) passed the Belarusian journeyman not without problems
Yuri Bykhovtsev (10-25-3, 5 KOs).

Yunovidov gave the opponent the center of the ring, tried to work as the second number. It was not possible to keep the aggressor on the jab, at times he had to exchange blows in infighting. In the second half of the battle, the Belarusian slowed down, which simplified the task of the Russian.

In the limit of the second lightest weight (up to 55.3 kg), a native of Uzbekistan playing for Russia Muhammad Shekhov (11-0-1, 3 KOs) beat the Armenian Journeyman
Davit Hovhannisyan (5-11, 1 KO).

The fight unexpectedly turned out to be much more competitive than expected. The underdog tried to work as an aggressive first number, but the favorite’s strikes were much more powerful and accurate. In the last round, Shekhov was close to an early victory, but was satisfied with the decision of the judges.
