The head of Matchroom Boxing, Eddie Hearn, said that he changed his mind about challenging YouTuber-boxer Jake Paul (6-0, 4 KOs) to a hype fight for the sake of big profits and advertising. According to the promoter, he cooled off a bit and imagined what could happen to him in the ring.

“I thought about calling Jake into the ring, but I think I would be knocked out, and it would be very embarrassing,” admitted Hearn

Although for the “right” money, he added, it will still come out.

At the same time, Eddie does not make any statements about his boxing skills. He added that he actually “doesn’t know how to fight”, despite the fact that he has been promoting sports all his life.

Paul is looking forward to returning to the ring in August for his sixth pro fight, and in the meantime, he wants to have a real fight with Tyson.
