Former light heavyweight leader 39-year-old Russian Sergey Kovalev (35-4-1, 29 KOs) returned to the ring after a long pause (2.5 years out of the ring) and made his debut in the cruiserweight limit – he outboxed Olympic medalist Tervel Pulev without any problems (16 -1, 13 KOs) from Bulgaria.
