American fighter wins by unanimous decision in Paris
Mixed martial arts tournament held in Paris Bellator 280.
In the main fight, an American fighter Ryan Bader (30–7) won by unanimous decision against the Frenchman Cheika Congo. All three judges showed the champion’s advantage in all five rounds: 50–45, 50–45, 50–45.
Bader, 38, defended his Bellator heavyweight championship by winning his 30th career fight with 7 losses. Veteran Cheick Kongo, 46, has a new record of 31-12-2.
